This is one of the most critical lessons in this entire bundle. It seems dramatic - but it truly saved my business.

It wasn’t until I took the time to really look inward and ask all those hard questions – who am I? Why do I care so much about this? Am I being too inflexible? Are my expectation out of line? All those questions scared me. Mostly because I didn’t want to admit that the problem with hiring the wrong person was me. I was the one that was getting it wrong over and over again. And while -it was hard to go through this – it was also the most liberating. I hope you are ready!
