It took us years to figure out why we kept hiring the wrong person. It was after our last failed hire that we realized it wasn’t the person, but our process. We took a year to refine the process.
We spent time looking at what we were missing, how we were communicating, and ultimately what kept us from finding that perfect employee. It took a few iterations, but we finally settled on a process that has stood the test of time. We have refined this bundle over the years and we still use it today every time we have to hire.
