Venue owners and managers can use Aisle Planner to book clients and plan all the project details necessary from the venue side for their clients events. Key features include contact forms for your website and social media, contracts, invoices, payment processing, vendor/contact library, project checklist (with assignment capabilities), timeline (which can include key times from the venue perspective (client and vendor arrival, service times, etc.), and a note database (venue guidelines, preferred vendors lists, etc.). Plus - not everyone knows that Aisle Planner offers a CAD-based layout platform comparable to Prismm or Social Tables. It's also possible to manage guest lists, seating charts, and RSVPs - even if venues do not manage those parts of the event, you can invite planners in to use the tool and handle this all seamlessly!
