IN THIS LESSON
This is my favorite part of the hiring process. Maybe it’s because I am an extrovert, or maybe it’s because I LOVED being interviewed! But, I really think I love it because it tells me that there is hope on the horizon and relief is coming.
Adding to your team can be so nerve-wracking and if you have done all the other mini-courses- you’ve done a lot to get here!! This is where we take all that planning and put it into action. What we tend to fail at is asking the right questions or looking at a resume too critically. In this lesson, we are going to go through the steps to create not only a great interview process but one that is efficient and effective!
