Understanding your values seems easy, maybe even elementary. But as we have consulted with company after company – we found that people say they have a set of core values, yet, they couldn’t really name them or describe them in a meaningful way.

Today we are going to dig deep into understanding your company and team values and learning why that matters and how it ultimately applies to hiring.
