Finding the right person can seem easy. You jive in the interview, they seem great, and then 2 weeks in, the same problems are creeping up.
The problem is that we are hiring based on the person and not on the job. In this we learn how to create the job and build out an employee avatar so that we can find the right person for the job and not the other way around.
