Reputation is the New Currency: Protecting Your Venue

Reputation is built over time, but it can be challenged in an instant. For venues, one review, one social media post, or one difficult client experience can quickly influence public perception and booking momentum. If you are not proactively shaping your venue’s narrative, someone else eventually will. In this session, venues will learn how to build credibility and strong social proof, and the strategic steps to take if they are ever challenged.

Presentation Takeaways:

  • Building a credibility portfolio as a strong base

  • Approaching negative reviews and feedback strategically

  • Systems that venues can easily build into their current workflow
