Jonathan Aymin is the Founder and CEO of Common Sense Events, a national venue management company, and one of the wedding industry’s leading voices on venue operations and growth. With more than a decade of experience managing venues across the country and overseeing thousands of successful events, he helps venue owners build profitable, sustainable businesses through operational excellence and exceptional hospitality. Jonathan is also the host of The Venue Rx podcast and founder of the Wedding & Event Venue Association (WEVA), where he shares practical insights and connects venue professionals from around the world. He lives in Alabama with his wife and their seven children.
